We educate the whole person — mind, emotions, body and spirit. This is where healing begins and where clients discover the need for deeper support.
Counselling Safe Spaces
Online via our booking system and in-person at Spull-Mall, Ruiru. Individual, group and family counselling. We also create safe spaces inside institutions.
Story Telling
We embrace expressive writing, journaling and structured exercises to process emotions, reduce stress and build self-awareness. Healing through your own voice.
Resilience Programs
Mountain hikes, wellness talks, peer counselling and cohort support groups. We build mental strength through shared experience and community.

The Story Behind GPS
Born from pain.
Built with purpose.
In 2015, Isaac Kamau stood on the verge of death not from a physical illness, but from the weight of depression that had consumed his mind. In that darkness, something shifted. He found meaning. He found purpose.
He went back to school, earned a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Liverpool Moores University, and dedicated his life to understanding why people think and behave the way they do.
Today, Isaac has helped thousands of people out of depression and suicidal ideation. Global Pyschology Support is not a company built in a boardroom it was built in the depths of human suffering and brought to life by the conviction that no one should face that darkness alone.
